Refund policy

• The listing fee covers publishing and review, and is not refundable once the listing is published.
• If a listing is rejected, you can edit and resubmit it for review without paying again.
• Duplicate payments for the same listing are refunded after verification.
• If a listing is not published because of a fault on our side, the fee is refunded in full.
• Send refund requests through the contact details on the site within 14 days of payment.
